Westminster City Council is consulting on proposals to make new Byelaws and amend existing ones, to regulate certain activities in designated areas around Parliament Square.
Similar consultations are being undertaken by the Greater London Authority in respect of their proposed Byelaws, and by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, in respect of similar regulations proposed by Royal Parks.
